After earning a master’s degree in International Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, John Pfeiffer (born in 1970) began his career in 1994 at AIRINC, a global service provider for talent and global workforce management, rising to the position of Managing Director Europe. In July 2007, he moved into HR and compensation management at the international raw materials company Wood Group Mustang, for which he worked on several continents. With his 2014 move to the E.ON Group as Head of Processes and Products, Center of Competence Reward, he remained within the raw materials and energy sector. After the split of the energy company, he joined UNIPER as Head of Reward, with company-wide responsibility for compensation. In 2017, he switched to consulting as an Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry.
