- HR management consulting firm makes Regine Siepmann and Frank Gierschmann Partners and Co-owners
Frankfurt, January 18, 2017. On January 1, 2017 Regine Siepmann and Frank Gierschmann, employees at hkp /// group, were appointed Partners, members of Group management and members of the management team at hkp Deutschland GmbH.
Regine Siepmann was a founding member of hkp///. She played a major role in building the firm in its early years and today heads the practice area Board Services internationally. Frank Gierschmann has been with hkp/// group since 2013 and helped build the Performance and Talent Management practice area, which he is now responsible for internationally.

Background information
Regine Siepmann (born 1979) has been advising companies in the areas of board services and executive compensation since January 2011 for hkp/// group. The main focus of her consulting work is aspects of corporate governance and compensation regulations, evaluating the appropriateness of compensation levels of members of managing and supervisory boards, publishing the earnings of members of corporate bodies, and designing and revising variable compensation systems for top management. She started out working at an international HR management consulting firm, having gained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on human resources management from the University of Cologne.
Frank Gierschmann (born 1969) has been advising large and medium-sized companies on talent and performance management for hkp /// group since 2013. He began his working life at the group headquarters of the world's largest logistics service provider, where he held various expert and leadership roles in the area of personnel development, ultimately working as Vice President Corporate Executives Staffing. In 2011 he moved to Switzerland, where he was made Global Head of Talent Management at a listed logistics company. He has a degree in Business Psychology from RWTH Aachen and also an MBA in General Management. He has written various specialist publications on issues in talent and performance management, and also lectures in this field at various universities.
