Frankfurt, April 7, 2021. With Nina Grochowitzki, Dr. Pia Lünstroth, and David Voggeser, the hkp/// group is welcoming three new members to its circle of partners and executive board. All three consultants for corporate governance, board services, and executive and top management compensation have been on board since the founding of the consultancy in 2011.

With the most recent appointment, the hkp/// group executive board now covers a total of 20 partners, 16 of which are consulting partners in Germany. The percentage of women there is currently roughly 43%.
Nina Grochowitzki has worked for the hkp/// group since its founding in 2011. Her consultancy work focuses on corporate governance and management board and supervisory board compensation. The business mathematics graduate also has expertise in evaluating and structuring long-term incentives and company pension schemes. In addition to her consultancy mandates, Nina Grochowitzki supports a wide range of projects and activities aimed at establishing and maintaining good corporate governance and she has been involved in compiling identification standards in remuneration reporting and the guidelines for sustainable Management Board Compensation. Nina Grochowitzki has authored numerous studies and editorial articles for specialist publications.
Dr. Pia Lünstroth joined the hkp/// group in 2011, after completing her doctoral studies in Personnel Economics. She now supports projects involving the compensation of members of management boards and supervisory boards, and top executives including the evaluation and design of variable compensation systems (short and long term incentives) and company pension schemes. She is a well know expert for Corporate Governance in the DACH region. IPOs and the specific challenges they entail have been a focus of here consultancy work in the past years.
David Voggeser joined hkp/// group beginning of 2011. There he advises companies on the design and implementation of compensation systems and on job evaluation. Another focus lies in the areas of employee participation, external compensation comparisons as well as company car guidelines. His consulting mandates range from specialized support of start-ups to global, long-term projects, e.g. in the context of IPO implementations. David Voggeser is a sought-after speaker at professional events and lead author of numerous studies, including the Global Equity Insight Survey, the world's most comprehensive study on equity-based compensation and employee participation. He is also responsible for the hkp/// group Top Management Survey.
