Anna-Maria Hirschfeld focuses on projects related to performance and talent management. She studied Psychology as well as Economics and Business Administration at the University of Tübingen. In her master thesis, she examined the influence of organizational factors such as performance incentives, leadership and communication on the safety culture of an international conglomerate.

Before joining hkp///, Anna-Maria Hirschfeld gained practical experience in learning & development, personnel marketing and change management through various international internships in the automotive and hydraulics industry. In addition, within the scope of her scientific activities, she dealt with organizational psychology issues concerning cooperation, trust and knowledge transfer and completed a training as a systemic coach.
