Dr. Pia Lünstroth advises companies in Germany and Austria on aspects of good and sustainable corporate governance, in particular on the remuneration of managing directors, management boards and supervisory boards, and has also supported numerous IPOs in Germany and abroad in these areas.
She holds a doctorate in business mathematics and is a member of the “Board Composition and Remuneration” expert committee of the Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsrat e.V. (AdAR) and is involved in training and further education for managers and supervisory boards, including as a speaker for Management Alliance.
As a guest lecturer, she regularly gives lectures at universities and is responsible for the scientific cooperation of the hkp///group.
Dr. Pia Lünstroth is the author of numerous studies and editorial contributions for specialist publications.
