From Patrick Maloney
After successfully studying business administration in Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Dublin, Patrick Maloney (born 1979) began his career in 2005 as a consultant to the General Works Council / Group Works Council in the E.ON Group. This was followed by several positions in the HR department, including as an advisor to E.ON's Chief Human Resources Officer and as Head of HR Policies at the energy group's IT subsidiary, before he became Head of Communications at E.ON Business Services in 2013.
Patrick Maloney left E.ON at the end of 2015 and set up his own business as a management consultant focusing on HR and communication issues. Since the beginning of 2017, he has worked for the strategic communications consultancy Hering Schuppener, which now operates as FGS Global. As Managing Director, Patrick Maloney was most recently responsible for the consulting business in the area of transformation & change in Europe.
